Frequently asked questions

Detailed answers about Fast Track at Da Nang International Airport (DAD) — what it includes, prices, where the greeter meets you, refunds, group bookings.

Is Fast Track worth it at Da Nang Airport?

Yes — especially during the 06:00–10:00 and 18:00–22:00 banks when Korean and Chinese charter waves arrive. Without Fast Track, immigration at DAD averages 45–90 minutes during peaks. With Fast Track, it averages 8 minutes. For business travelers, families with small children, and elderly passengers, the time saved usually exceeds the $35 fee.

Where exactly does the greeter meet me on arrival?

Inside the air-bridge corridor, between the aircraft door and the immigration hall. Our agent holds a sign with your name. If you disembark by bus (remote stand), the agent meets you at the bus drop-off door inside the terminal.

What does the Fast Track price include?

All Fast Track packages include: licensed greeter, priority immigration lane, baggage handling assistance, and escort to your driver / lounge. The VIP package additionally includes business-class lounge access and an electric buggy on the apron. Visa-on-arrival stamping fee ($25 government fee) is not included in service prices.

How early should I book?

Minimum 4 hours before flight time. For peak season (December–March, Lunar New Year, July–August) we recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee Korean or Russian-speaking greeter availability.

Can I get a refund if my flight is cancelled?

Yes. Full refund if the flight is cancelled by the airline or you cancel more than 6 hours before scheduled time. Inside 6 hours we charge a 30% no-show fee. Rebooking is always free.

Do you handle groups and corporate bookings?

Yes — groups of 6+ get a 15% discount; corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are available. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.
